Spool No. 72

Thursday, December 29th, 2011

I found another boutique to add to your must shop list: Spool No. 72. Ladies, you’re going to LOVE it!

The site has all the vintage, whimsical, and girly fashions you love, just like Mod Cloth, Spotted Moth, and Ruche.

Plus, it is totally affordable for poor students and loan strapped graduates.

Super Cute Sweaters

Friday, November 4th, 2011

I was cruising the mall yesterday for sweaters (snow alert today!) and had a tough time finding some stylish ones. They appear to be out of style at the moment. I guess we are supposed to wear a tank under a long sleeve top under an open cardigan. But sometimes don’t you wake up and just want to throw on one thing that will keep you warm enough through out the day?  Me too.

Luckily, I came across the cutest little thing at American Eagle of all places. Doesn’t it look comfy?

Trend Alert: Boyfriend Letterman Cardigans

Friday, July 22nd, 2011

It is time to come to terms with the fact that it is Back to School season. Every store and website you visit is plastered with it! This is the first year I am not going back to school. (Remember, I finally graduated in May.) But that doesn’t mean I can’t partake in the shopping excitement!

One of the trends that caught my eye was the vintage inspired boyfriend letterman cardigan. These cardigans are a little more fun than a plain boyfriend sweater, don’t you think?

Threadsense

Have you ever heard of Threadsense? I just discovered the site and am crazy about their baggy boho fashion! Their stuff looks similar the other sites I frequent, but at half the price.

How? I do not know. I chalk it up to internet magic. :)

Fun at Francesca’s

Thursday, January 6th, 2011

How have I not heard of this store before? I was searching Craigslist for job opportunities and came across a listing for Francesca’s Collections, which is opening a new store in the DC area and apparently has stores all over the US. When I saw their clothes, I figured they’d be in to $100-ish range, but everything seems to be $50 or less!

So cute and would totally be so in my budget if I had a job!
