Trend Alert: Boyfriend Letterman Cardigans

It is time to come to terms with the fact that it is Back to School season. Every store and website you visit is plastered with it! This is the first year I am not going back to school. (Remember, I finally graduated in May.) But that doesn’t mean I can’t partake in the shopping excitement!

One of the trends that caught my eye was the vintage inspired boyfriend letterman cardigan. These cardigans are a little more fun than a plain boyfriend sweater, don’t you think?

Harry Potter Style

Who made it to the midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 2 last night? A-mazing! And sad too. I can’t believe it’s over forever!

If you didn’t see it yet, don’t worry. I won’t be sharing any spoilers in this post, but I do have Harry Potter on my mind. Hence, a Gryffindor inspired outfit that is stylish, yet functional enough to fight He Who Must Not Be Named.

Jeffrey Campbell vs. Forever 21: Who Wins?

I’m guilty. I admit it. I love affordable options, or “knock offs” as some may say. I would rather spend $28 on these Forever 21 leopard print wedges than $150 for a similar Jeffrey Campbell pair.

Granted, if you want quality that will last more than one season, go with the Jeffrey Campbell.  But for a young unemployed student, $28 sounds pretty great. Not everyone agrees though. Especially Jeffrey Campbell.
