You know how I love Motel! They were doing the floral print and front zipper dress before those styles made their recent comeback here in the US. I just got a look at their latest collection and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s funky, fun, and definitely colorful. If you love catching people’s eye, check these out:

If you’ve ever been into a shoe shop that sells Irregular Choice shoes, you’ll know what I’m talking about. You just can’t forget them. They’re all so original and quirky, it’s hard not to be tempted!

Except, I was. I recently bought a pair of shoe boots, I suppose, from Irregular Choice and I honestly do not want to stop wearing them. They’re so comfy and look amazing – I just don’t want to get them dirty!

What do you think of my purchase? They were £69.99 (and I believe if bought in America they’d be $129.99), suffice to say they took quite a chunk out of my wages, but I don’t regret it.

Is it Spring yet? I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to dump these big ol’ snow boots and slip on some sandals! Who cares what the “official” trends of Spring are….I’ll be rocking these:

I’ve loved this trend ever since I got my Motel Rocks dresses last year. This girly 80s look is just so fun!

My wardrobe is lacking in this department. When it comes to belts, mine are from the 90s. Yes, the 90s. I’m in desperate need of some new ones and I think I’m going to hit up Ami Club Wear because their collection is huge!

If you prefer to be a leader and not a follower of trends, you might like this one. I got a denim jacket from Norstrom back in 2005 and think they might be making a comeback (a good reason to NEVER throw out your clothes!). Even if they don’t become an official trend, they’re pretty darn chic.

Trend Watch: Asymmetrical Dresses

One trend I am loving this year is the single strap dress. Designers have been toying with the classic design by adding chic and playful elements like bright colors, bows, and flowers.

I just got two dresses from Motel Rocks in the mail. They are short, fun, and colorful with a retro 80s flair. Love them! Isn’t the floral print on the Zoe dress just adorable?

I also got the Cynthia bow back dress.

Which of course has an open back with two cute bows.
