I had the most awesome problem this week: How to wear these fabulous moto boots from Windsor to my brand new job? (Hooray for having a job and hooray for new shoes!) Luckily, my law office is very casual so the concept wasn’t off the table.

My solution? Voila:

The boots are quite comfortable and don’t require any “breaking in” agony, thank goodness! And as you can see, you can dress them up with a skirt and blazer. Oh, and did I mention they are only $40? Yes, $40!

Pretty Little Liars Fashion Recap

Who would have thought that Pretty Little Liars could get even more fashionable?! Well, the show’s costume designer got to run wild this week due to Rosewood High’s charity fashion show, featuring the Aria, Hanna, Spencer, and Emily as models!

I know you are going to be disappointed, but the show’s costume designer Mandi Line designed and made those rocker looks. However, the rest of the runway outfits are available in real life and I have all the deets on where to get them!

Hanna’s tie dye beach cover up had a fun hippie look.

Preview: Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

One of the few things I truly miss since my move last month to Boise is Nordstrom. There is no Nordstrom in the WHOLE state of Idaho. I think the closest one is in Oregon. Sigh. But just because I have to miss out on the fun of running into the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale at 7am with elbows thrashing in order to get all the goodies doesn’t mean you have to!

For major sales like this one, you best be prepared. Scope out the layout of the store, check out the sale preview catalog online, and wear comfortable shoes for some serious shopping!

Pretty Little Liars Fashion Recap: Aria Edition

Aria pulled out all the stops during last night’s Pretty Little Liars episode, didn’t she? I was all into the Hanna-Caleb-Lucas drama, but kept getting distracted by Aria’s outfits! In the opening of the show, she sported a fun vintage varsity jacket in bright green.

Last night’s episode was great! I thought for sure that Aria and Ezra were going to get caught. You know it has to happen some time. It’s illegal, people!

Did anyone else feel like the footwear was a fifth character in the gang last night? They kept doing quick closeups of their boots. We only got a glimpse of Spencer’s white boots at the beginning of the show when she was playing detective (what was up with the folder? lol), but they really caught my attention.

My mommy took me shopping at Forever 21 over the holiday and I got a fun new outfit!

When I bought these items, I didn’t intend for them to go together. I actually bought the skirt with the intention of using it as a pattern to make future skirts out of the mounds of fabric in my craft closet. I just decided to wear them all today for a casual mismatchy look.
