This site is all about affordable fashion, but sometimes it is better to have a few pricey and high quality pieces as opposed to a ton of cheap crummy ones. This dress is one of those special items. Yes, it is expensive, but it would be lovely for an afternoon out with a pair of sandals, or an evening out with a bold necklace and some nude pumps, or a day in the office with some flats and a cute cardigan.

I popped into Anthropologie the other day armed with not one but TWO gift certificates (thank you Carol and Sara!). The store always smells so wonderful, doesn’t it? By the way, the Georgetown location is looking for interns to help style the store and windows!  That would be such a fun job!

The holiday’s are tough for us students. We’re trying to deal with finals and we have to worry about buying a ton gifts with little time and little money to do so.  As for me, I have been looking around for gift ideas and Anthropologie is definitely on my shopping list. Even though it is a pricey store, they have a ton of cute accessories and home decor that are within a student’s budget.
