Angel with an Attitude

When I get stressed, I sew. Some people clean, some exercise, but for me, sewing calms me down. With finals approaching, I’ve been sewing a lot. My latest project was this white tunic made from $3 pinstriped fabric.  Since I’m still a novice, I like to make tunics because they have no zippers and achieving a good fit isn’t necessary. Plus, tunics are pretty versatile and can be worn with jeans, leggings, or tights.

Two Timer Skirt

I had a hole in my wardrobe: no everyday black skirt. I do have a fancy shmancy black skirt, but it’s not something you wear in the daytime.  So, I busted out my Bernina and got to work.

Pattern Sale

DIY Disaster

This just hasn’t been my week. First I got a terrible lopsided haircut from one of those discount salons, and now I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this diy project! I learned about stamping from my blogger buddy Lindsay over at Shrimp Salad Circus and my attempts have been pitiful.  Here is what stamping is supposed to look like:
