  37. looks great

  38. Shop the sales

  39. I’m a lucky girl – My sis is very stylish, and is the same size – so I raid her closet often. As tho that isn’t enough? She is also a hair stylist – so I never have grow out or a bad cut!

  51. My biggest cheap style tip is to buy trendy clothes that you’ll only wear for a season at some place like forever 21, where they are cheap. Invest more on basics that you’ll have forever and accessories that can be worn with everything. Also, shop from the back of the store forward. They hide the good sales in the back.

  52. I think buying layering pieces is a great way to save money. Not only can you mix and match, but it’s a completely different outfit.

  53. I follow you on twitter as fefemarie09.

  54. I’m a fan on facebook as felicia marie.

  60. Perfect! Not only is this such great timing its also wonderfully my style!

  61. ebay! i buy a lot of clothes there. prices are thrift store comperable, but you can search for just your size rather than going through racks and racks

  62. Shopping on line let’s you compare prices. Also you get really good ideas and sales. You can also get closeouts, discontinued styles, one of a kinds, etc. These are great.

    bgcchs(at)yahoo(dot)com

  63. One thing that I have learned is to be picky while shopping. Whatever the trendy look may be, it’s not always for you. You’ll feel better about yourself when you only buy thing you genuinely like, and you’ll save money you otherwise would have wasted buying into trends.

  64. My wife and her friends get together once a month and have a swap party. They all bring a few of their gently worn outfits, a bottle of wine or margueritas, get bubbly, exchange outfits and have a great time.

  65. Thrift stores and clearance sales always add some style for those of us with a budget.

  66. My best tip is to shop the clearance racks!

  82. Bridget Michelle Combs

Shop ebay is my best tip! I have bought so many designer dresses with tags still attached for 1/3 the prics. The key is knowing what size you wear by that particular designer.

  104. Shop at discount outlets. Often times you can find outfits similar to designer outfits.

  105. One of the best ways to be stylish and thrifty is to check out the latest fashions and pick the styles you love. Try to copy those styles at thrift stores and discount stores only. Some things might be hard to find that way, and if you have to splurge, just do so on things you know will stand the test of time AND that you can use in a variety of ways.
