Best Oscar Dress

Forget the red carpet. My favorite dress was on stage!  This gorgeous dress by Rania Salibi won the Oscar Designer Challenge and was worn by one of the escorts on stage.

    I love this dress! The peach neutral color really complements the sparkly black.

    I agree! The second best dress was the gorgeous yellow dress worn by the other Oscar escort.

    The amazing thing is that the sparkly black is actually black, laser-cut leather. Rania is an amazing designer!
